Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
By participating in this survey or using this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, please don't submit a response.
1. Eligibility
- You're participating voluntarily and confirm your responses are your own.
- If you're under 13, please don't submit a response.
- If you're under 18, you confirm your responses don't reveal anyone else's identity.
2. Voluntary participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. You can skip questions, save and resume, or stop at any time without consequence. Your decision not to participate is respected.
3. Use of responses
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your anonymized responses for research, public reports, and educational purposes. We will:
- Aggregate quantitative answers into statistics.
- Quote free-text answers only when the quote can't re-identify you.
- Never sell your responses or use them to target advertising.
4. Code of conduct
By submitting, you agree:
- Not to submit content that's hateful toward any community, including queer communities.
- Not to submit content that identifies, harasses, or threatens any specific person.
- Not to submit deliberately false or spammed entries that distort the dataset.
We may discard any response that violates this code, at our sole discretion.
5. No professional advice
This site is research, not legal, medical, or psychological advice. If you're navigating harassment or mental-health concerns, please reach out to a qualified professional or a trusted local support organization.
6. Site availability
We provide this site on an “as is” basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, pause, or close the survey at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the project organizers and contributors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the survey.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect that. Material changes won't apply retroactively to responses already submitted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the project is administered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith dialogue first; failing that, the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority.
